Autism Causes

Autism is a very complex disorder. Genes are involved. But no single gene is responsible. It is a fact that a number of genes are involved. Some of the genes have been identified but other have not. There is a pattern that if one child is affected by autism then children born after that child have an increased chance of also being on the autism spectrum.

Our children have many underlying medical conditions. A compromised or weakened immune system is common. The intestinal tract in our children is a mess. Most children have severe constipation or diarrhea. Bloated tummies cause several children to walk on their toes to relieve the pain and discomfort that they feel.

The gut is often called the second brain. When the gut is not working correctly, it clearly affects the brain. Our children are not breaking down the proteins in food that they are eating. When food is not broken down properly it can leave the gut (called leaky gut syndrome) and go into the blood stream. Our children are not absorbing nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Our children have major yeast issues. All this affects their growth, behaviors, sleep and their brains. A leaky gut is one well known symptoms of autism.

Most of our children have yeast overgrowth, bacteria, viral infections and toxins in their intestines. These are medical problems that need to be addressed. These over growths can come from vaccines, they could have been passed down from the mother to the baby in vitro or at birth. These gut infections most definitely effect our children's brains and therefore their behaviors.

Children put a lot of things in their mouths as they play. Many toys are painted with lead paint. Many children show high levels of lead in their systems when a blood test is done to test their heavy metal load. Lead poison has the same behavior issues as autism does.

When some kids are born, their parents and doctors know that something is not right. Some children develop just fine for the first few years of their life and then they start to lose skills. The autism spectrum is huge. From high functioning to very low functioning. Some children respond to treatments and some do not. All this makes it difficult to find the answers that are so desperately needed.

Causes of autism may be unknown at this time, but the effects that autism is having on our children is very well being seen. What causes autism will someday be discovered. Hopefully our grandchildren will never have to ask about autism causes because our generation eradicates all levels of autism.

At the top of the list for autism causes is vaccinations. The fact that mercury has been put into vaccines has opened Pandora's box. Mercury is a heavy metal. It was put into vaccines to preserve the vaccine. In a doctors office they have a refrigerator to keep vaccines. Most vaccines would last less than two weeks if their wasn't a preservative in them. With a preservative in them, most last for about six months. When you run a heavy metal test on our children, their system is overloaded with thimerosal (mercury). A child who is has been poisoned with mercury has all the same symptoms as a child with autism.

Children who are on the autism spectrum typically regress after receiving their vaccinations. The media is quick to tell the stories that vaccines do not play a part in causing autism. The problem is that the companies doing the trials to debunk the autism vaccine connection are the same companies that are making the vaccines. The DpT and the MMR are the vaccines that are at the center of the debate.

There is a process called chelation. It is the process of removing heavy metals. As our children are chelated, they show great improvements.

Environmental factors is another area to look at to find autism causes. Dangerous chemicals are everywhere today. There are dangerous pesticides in the ground and in our foods. It is wondered if an environmental insult is affecting a growing fetus. Maybe the environmental insult is in our food source and harming a child who has a weakened immune system.

Pesticides are another area to look at for autism causes. Pregnant women who were exposed to fields that were sprayed with pesticides may have increased the risk for their child to get autism.

In my case, the pediatrician gave my son Tylenol before every vaccine. He did this to all of his patients to lower the pain that would be felt later. I now know that Tylenol lowers a chemical called glutathione in the body. Glutathione is what a person needs to detox harmful toxins in the body. The vaccines I gave my son had thimerosal (mercury) in them and my son had no defense to detox it because his glutathione levels were so low.

Autism causes appear to come from many sources. Many questions and not enough answers. But brilliant minds are working hard at finding us parents answers. We do all that we can to help our children and never, ever lose hope that our children will one day overcome. Because ultimately...God is still in control.
