Using this program gives me all the tools that I need so that each and every page of the website that I build gets found with all the major search engines. And I don't have to pay to advertise!

For me to build a website the cost is $3,300. $3,000 is for my services. $300 are for the tools that I get from SBI to build a site. You own the site, not me. You do pay a $300 renewal fee once a year to SBI for the life of the site. My fee gets you 30 pages on your site. You supply the information (I can't write about your business!) I will correct grammar and structure of you pages. And I will plug in the keywords for each of your website pages so that it gets found on each of the major search engines.

You tell me how you want your website to look and I will do my best to make your vision a reality. I am easy to work with. I work fast and I am good. If you want more than 30 pages, I have to charge more. I charge $50 an hour and most pages are completed in 1-2 hours.

To get started, you pay $300 to SBI (and you go through a link that I give you so that I get credit for a sale) and then you forward the SBI package onto me. I require 50% of my fee ($1,500) up front. Then we talk about what you need and I go to work for you. The balance of my fee is due upon completion of your site and you tell me you love your new website!

Most sites are completed in about 3 months. I spend a couple of weeks on the look and feel of your site and work on keywords that will get your business found. Then you send me the information about your product or service and I put it all together. So the sooner you send me information, the sooner your site gets done. When this California website designer is working for you, all my personal website building goes on hold and your website is my top priority.

If you would like to make money by having Google ads on your site, I can do that for you. There will be a slight charge for that and I will explain in detail to you how you can make money by having Google ads on your site.

Once your site is built, I will turn it over to you. I will show you in detail how to access all the statistics on your website. You will be able to see how many visitors a day/week/month/year are visiting your site. You will be able to see pages are your most popular. You will have access to ezines if you wish to send them out. You will also have all the data available to you to see how each of the pages on your site are ranking with the top three search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo).
