Christian Spiritual GrowthChristian spiritual growth comes from being disciplined enough to learn the things that God wants us to learn. We are all busy these days but if we want to grow and please the Lord, then we must take time to get ourselves more educated in the ways of the Lord.I have found that the more that I learn about God, the deeper my desire goes to want to keep on learning. I have put together several ways to help you grow in your walk as a christian. Learn more about Jesus. Learn more about God. Learn the books of the bible. (Learn them through a song in 30 minutes or less!) Do a bible study. Get involved in your local church. Watch a sermon online. Pray throughout your day. Talk to God like you would talk to your best friend. The ways to further our knowledge are endless. But the rewards of doing so are great. Draw closer to God, and I promise you, He will draw closer to you. The more you understand who God is and what Jesus has done for you, the more faith you will have. The more faith that you have, the easier it is to share your faith with others. My personal experience has been this: when I am pursuing God, my eyes are on God and what He can do. When I am not pursuing God, my eyes are fixed on the struggles going on in my life. It has been amazing to me to see that when I seek to know God more, my attitude adjusts and I handle life very well. So dive in and start reading your bible, praying and studying God's word and His ways!
